Crematorium information Earlham Crematorium was opened in 1964 by the Bishop of Thetford. The crematorium is set in peaceful surroundings away from the busy centre of Norwich. We are here to help you with whatever you would like for the funeral service.
Our dedicated and caring staff treat every family with dignity and respect. At the service we will be there to help you every step of the way. Our chapel features an original timbered roof and can accommodate larger funerals.
The crematorium also has access for the disabled, disabled toilets, a loop system for the hard of hearing and Braille service books for the blind. Our gardens of remembrance are landscaped to blend in with the surrounding countryside.
We have a variety of personalised memorials for you to choose from, including roses and private gardens. Our memorial staff can show you around the gardens at any time and help you to make your choice of memorial.
Our gardens are open 365 days a year.
